A great support system
At GOALS we value our employees and know it's important that all team members feel supported! Depending on country of residence, the support package that we offer may vary due to local regulations.
For all employees we offer:
- Parental leave according to company policy
- Occupational pension benefits according to company policy
- Accommodation and travel expenses paid by GOALS when partaking in company activities
For Swedish residents, the company policy states:
- Parental leave top-up provided by GOALS with 10% of your salary
- Occupational pension, 5% < 44 375 SEK, 30% > 44 375 SEK (2022)

Stock options
GOALS have an employee stock option program where new employees are offered options in the company. At GOALS we have 3 years vesting time, with a 3 year cliff (meaning that you will get hold of your options 3 years after you started).
In Sweden this is called "kvalificerade personaloptioner". Please note that options for employees are subject to tax regulations of the respective country.
